Nestled among 250 acres of Pacific Northwest forest on Bainbridge Island, IslandWood is a place where towering cedar trees, winding hiking trails, and the quiet hum of nature set the stage for something truly special. We fell in love with this place and we want to share it with you.
IslandWood blends modern comfort with rustic Pacific Northwest beauty: warm lodge interiors, farm-to-table meals made with ingredients from their on-site garden, and an endless invitation to slow down and breathe it all in.
For a full weekend of hiking, gathering, and celebrating, there's nowhere we'd rather be.

Where to Stay
Stay in the Woods
We strongly encourage all guests to stay on-site at IslandWood. Waking up surrounded by old-growth forest, sharing breakfast with fellow guests, and never needing to worry about a late-night drive home. It's the experience we want for everyone.
On-Site
IslandWood Lodging
IslandWood offers four cabin-style lodges on campus, each with private bedrooms and spacious communal living areas for gathering and relaxing. Rooms accommodate 2–6 guests and include a bathroom with a separate shower, toilet room, and sink area.
All on-site guests receive complimentary breakfast each morning, served in the main lodge.
Beds are outfitted with real mattresses and organic cotton bedding. Please note that rooms do not include TVs, hairdryers, or toiletries.
If you're open to sharing a room, we encourage you to coordinate and book with your group. We'd love for guests to stay onsite to maximize time together and to avoid driving after meals, though we completely understand if this option isn't the right fit for everyone.
